Orders are shipped as soon as possible, but generally the next working day.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email and you will have the choice to wait for it to be made or have it replaced or refunded.
Waiting for something to be made is normally 5-7 extra days.
Orders shipped via Australia Post, for larger orders we may use a courier service such as Startrack.
If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can help you.

If you are not completely happy with any of our handmade products, please contact us immediately to organise an exchange or refund.
All returns and refunds are governed by Australian Consumer Law and we endeavour to go above and beyond for our customers.
If you’re not happy, neither are we and we always appreciate the chance to make it right.
